Use accurate plan details. Don’t impersonate people, spam, harass anyone, pressure people for money or share someone’s private information. Moderators can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Before you meet
Check their profile and reviews. A verification badge records a check; it does not guarantee how someone will behave.
Meeting in person
Meet in a busy public place. Tell someone you trust where you’re going. Leave if you feel uncomfortable.
Money
Agree on costs before sending money. SubSplit connects people; it doesn’t collect or protect payments.
Rooms and rentals
Never pay inspection or viewing fees for a room. View the property, check who is authorised to rent it and confirm all charges before making a payment. External adverts are not verified by SubSplit.
Tickets
Buy tickets through the official organiser. Joining a plan does not include admission. Check the event details and cancellation policy before buying.
Chat and contact details
Keep the conversation on SubSplit while you get to know the people in your plan. Share your phone number only when you choose to.
Report or block
Use Report on a plan, event, profile or message if something concerns you. Block someone to stop further contact through SubSplit.
